Mark, known as Bubby, lives with his mother and great aunt in Pomeroy, Ohio. Over the years, Mark’s mother has struggled with drug addiction. Living with her addiction in unstable environments has stunted Mark’s behavioral development. At the age of four, he is showing signs of Child Traumatic Stress. Mark’s mother acknowledges her son’s behavioral disorder. She hopes as soon as she gets her drug addiction under control, she will be able to get Mark the help he needs.
